Playing Catch Up

Be truthful, witty I may be, what you really want is cute pictures. WARNING: These are over a month old. Jack is sadly much bigger now.
Also, added a picture of a trip we made with Ty's co-op preschool class to tour the Jelly Belly factory. We also saw a dinosaur museum, but with my Diet Coke drip line running, nursing a baby, and chasing three kids; I didn't feel it was safe to use my camera.

Visitors Always Welcome

Someone took us up on it! Becky and Zach (my younger sister and her son)came to visit at the beginning of March. We had so much fun with them and it was wonderful to have someone around just to help out and talk to. I was able to go on a field trip with Brooklyn to the pet store (with Jack in tow) while my sister watched the rest of the crew. I also got to go to the dentist by myself (sadly, a very big treat!)

As sisters, with 5 kids between the two of us, we made it to the childrens museum and the zoo. We also went to Chicago with just the "babies". Jack slept through most of the trip. He wasn't incredibly impressed but he was a very good baby.

We enjoyed the company and were sad to see them leave. My poor kids sobbed the entire way home. They miss living near aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.

Coming Soon to a Blog Near You...

I promise, I will update my blog. I am so behind for a number of reasons (I have about 4 very good reasons; plus various other excuses). I have been looking at my blog all winter thinking, "baseball season is long over...should update pictures". Now, unbelievably, we've come full circle and baseball season started again this week. Too bad my kids grow too much each year and the picture still needs to be updated.

Baby Announcement

I hope my rant about people who email/post cards will be forgiven. I'm now guilty of this sin(out of pure, unadulterated laziness). I made the card online and ordered just a few for immediate family...I didn't think I was up to addressing more than that.
